8 Months New

Picture overload I know! :) Camden is up to all sorts of new things this month...

He eats solids 3 times a day and is getting very good at eating chunky foods. He will eat pretty much anything! Still no teeth yet!

Oh and he squeezes his food in his hands and spreads it all in his hair to let me know he is done eating :)

He has started cruising along furniture and climbing on top of anything he can...which half the time ends in bruises on his head. He can climb up but not down very gracefully yet!

He is sleeping tons better. He goes down easier for naps now and has been sleeping a good stretch from 7:30pm to 3am the last 5 nights! It's like all of a sudden something clicked and he needs his sleep now...it only took 8 months sheesh!

Camden is super social & expressionative. He has so much personality! He makes people smile and laugh wherever we go and he could do that all day.

He has the cutest lil excited giggle and lip quiver that he has been doing since he was probably 5 days old...it is still just the funniest thing! Others have recently been pointing it out to us because we have grown so accustomed to hearing it.

For such a busy active boy, Camden is still pretty cuddly when he wants to be. Lately he has been giving us hugs. It is the sweetest thing to feel his little hands wrapped around your shoulders!

He will pull himself up right in front of the TV for a few minutes to watch baby einstein.

When Camden hears Scott coming home from work in the evenings he beeline crawls for the door and gives Scott the biggest hug and won't let go for a few minutes!

He also has started doing this face smoosh against our faces & giving us open mouth, slobbery kisses.

I'm trying to teach him how to clap his hands and sing pat-a-cake. So far he just gets really excited seeing his crazy mom do it.

Camden loves playing with balls...anything round that rolls all over the house is his new thing. This includes oranges in the kitchen! He loves chasing them around the house.

Camden is learning what the word "NO" means.

He loves ripping paper & playing peek-a-boo.

Also, he is terrified of the vacuum! Haha!

Camden just keeps getting cuter and cuter and more fun all the time! We just love our lil guy so much!
