Wow, it looks like what ever decision you will be having a great adventure. I will be watching your blog to see what you have decided. You have such cute posts!
My suggestion is try to go to graduate school. I love my graduate experience and am learning things that I don't think that I'll ever learn anyplace else. Of course, the Avery Dennison positions has some benefits and has a well established training program. I would use it as a backup plan if grad school doesn't work. You can always go back to school and Avery Dennison may help do an executive MBA.

i HATE making decisions! When I was debating whether or not to do my masters program I stressed about it for weeks and nearly made myself sick deciding. But I think either decision you make you just gotta be happy with it. =)
