Jello Poke Cake

My visiting teachers brought me over some yummy, moist, melt in your mouth jello poke cake & I just had to share the recipe. It looks super easy to make & you could make it with a lot of fun flavors and colors too. I can't wait to have it again!

INGREDIENTS:

1 box white cake mix
12 oz. 7up (you could use cherry diet 7up)
4 oz. box cherry or strawberry or raspberry Jello
1 container Cool Whip

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First, bake the cake in a 13X9 glass pan...Once cake is done, cool it for however long you want or just set it on the counter overnight.

2. Then take a fork and poke a bunch of holes in it.

3. Prepare Jell-O mix just like it says in the package. Once it's kinda cooled off, pour it over the cake.

4. Leave cake in the fridge to set.

5. Before you serve, spread whipped cream on top!

Tada! It's that simply and really that good! mmm
