Two Thousand Ten

We partied it up at Universal Studio's City Walk on New Year's Eve...

& woke up early in the morning and rode the metro to get a spot on Colorado Ave to watch Pasadena's Annual tournament of Roses! There were so many people but no need to camp out over night....we got a great spot in the shade and only 5 rows deep!

It was a pretty neat experience. All the floats were so beautiful & made entirely of organic materials! There were so many many details to look at on each float! I have always enjoyed watching the parade on tv but live was the best! We even got to see the pilot who landed safely on the Hudson River, Jackie Chan, Michelle Kwan, and Jared from Subway who waved to us from some of the floats!

We are excited to see what the new year holds for us & our resolutions have definitely already begun!
